Got my Catbells aluminum poles today. Haven't had a chance to try 'em out yet, but the quality is way better than I thought it would be; they actually look nicer than what’s shown on the website. It's nice to back a smaller British business that provides quality gear at a good price, and it’s clear they’re well-liked by their customers.

I met Kate at the NEC Running show yesterday, where I got a quick lesson on using poles, which led me to snag some high-quality ones. I also picked up a fantastic beanie that kept me cozy this morning in minus 3 conditions—warm but not too hot, you know? My friend grabbed one of their coats, and I gotta say, I'm a bit envious. I didn't get one myself since I recently bought an inov8 coat that cost me double, but his looks awesome. It's got great features with zips and poppers. I checked out the vests too, but I had just bought a pricier one, and I really wish I could've snagged theirs. Overall, top-notch quality gear, amazing service, and I’ll definitely turn to them for anything else I need.

I rarely do reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I placed an order for the Kinder 10 L Race Vest, Hellvellyn Carbon Z-Poles, and a Survival Bag on 10/09/2022. I realized I had forgotten to use a discount code, so I shot them an email after my purchase, and they were super cool about it, giving me a refund. My order arrived on 13/09/2022, and it was packed really nicely, complete with a bunch of friendly and welcoming info. The products are top-notch—definitely recommend them to any aspiring trail runner!

Fantastic service from the team. I had a running pole that was 18 months old and it broke. I reached out to them to find out the cost of a spare part. But to my surprise, within just 4 days, they sent me a replacement pole at no cost.

Helvellyn Poles. I've been using these and ended up breaking one over the weekend (Sunday). I shot an email to Kate with a picture to show the damage, asking if I could get it fixed or swapped out since it was my first pair (Monday). That same afternoon, I got a reply saying a replacement pole was on its way, without needing to provide proof of purchase, how much I used it, or the details of how it broke. The new pole showed up this morning (Thursday). I gotta say, I wasn’t expecting a free replacement, and after chatting with my running group on Wednesday night, it seems like Kate really goes the extra mile. Huge thanks for the fantastic service. I totally recommend these!

I picked up the lightweight carbon poles for running up hills and the sturdier aluminum ones for tougher mountain treks. Super happy with the carbon poles after my first 18-mile run with 'em over the weekend. Haven't given the aluminum ones a go yet. I really dig the simple, strong coated wire that connects the poles; it's easy to extend and just as easy to collapse back into the three sections for storage in the bag they come with. Seems like there are fewer parts that could break compared to other Z poles I've owned, which have let me down before. Overall, a fantastic product at a solid price. Plus, delivery was quick!

I recently got myself a Dartmoor running jacket from Harrier, and I gotta say, the service and the product are top-notch! Plus, the price is pretty reasonable, and it's awesome that it's a UK company.

I picked up the waist bag thinking it was just what I was after, but man, I ended up really let down. It keeps loosening up and sliding down or bouncing around, so I find myself having to stop and adjust it every couple of minutes. Plus, my soft flask or water bottle keeps slipping out of the pocket. It's a bummer because there are tons of glowing reviews about how great it is, yet a few of us just can't seem to make it work. I can't help but wonder what the deal is; for me, it’s just turned into an overpriced belt sitting at the back of my cupboard.

This is my first review after making several purchases. I kicked things off with the Red Kinder 10-litre backpack kit, which came with a first aid kit, bottles, and more. It fits pretty well for a lady's size 10/12. I really appreciate the water access pockets on the front.

Next up, I grabbed some running poles, though I haven't had the chance to use them yet—totally my fault.

Then, I preordered a new jacket. Before the ordering window opened, I shot a few emails to ask about sizing since I have a bit of a bottom/hips situation (I ordered both medium and large). They assured me I could return one without any hassle. My hips are about 42.5 inches, and most jackets tend to ride up when I move. But this one stayed put during an 11-mile walk/run around the lakes. It fit nicely over my full Kinder backpack for the kit check and allowed the backpack to sit over the jacket too. I ended up keeping the large and sent back the medium the very next day (Thursday free return), and I got my refund email by Monday morning. Honestly, I can't find anything to complain about with this company or the products I've bought (just need to try out those poles).

I got the Carbon trekking poles. They’re a fantastic deal and super well constructed; I've used them about six times. They respond really fast to any inquiries.

I've been with Harrier for a year now and I'm just getting into trail running.

This was my first time using a hydration vest, and I needed it pretty quickly for a race. My brother-in-law suggested I check out Harrier. I received my order in just 48 hours, and I was really pleased with both the service and the product. It offers great value for what you pay, and it’s well designed and constructed. I purchased a 5l Curbar race vest along with a bladder. It felt super comfy and fit me just right. After about 10 minutes, I completely forgot I had it on. I got a Large size, and it suited me well at 1.78m and 68 kg (male). Plus, it’s awesome to support a small, up-and-coming business. Some nice extras included a discount for new customers and a free tube scarf when I spent over GBP30. I’ll definitely be getting more from Harrier in the future.
